b. Shipping Methods: We offer standard and expedited shipping options. Shipping costs and delivery times will vary based on the chosen method. Typically we have free shipping
c. Shipping Restrictions: We currently ship to USA and PR. For areas not covered, please contact our customer service for assistance.
d. Shipping Delays: Lost Coast Signs & Swag is not responsible for delays in shipping caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, customs delays, or carrier-related issues.
4. Satisfaction Guarantee
a. We stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order.
b. Return Policy: While we do not accept returns, we may offer exchanges or refunds at our discretion if the product is defective or if there was an error on our part.
c. Requirements for Refund/Exchange: To be eligible for a refund or exchange, the item must be unused and in the same condition as received. Proof of purchase is required.
